This position is located at our office in Hertford and will report to the Head of Supply Chain.Inbound Planning and Execution:
- Manage invoices and paperwork in coordination with the Accounts team.
- Monitor inventory levels to optimize stock quantities and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards during the handling of incoming materials through rigorous quality processes.
This involves conducting daily checks, alerts, file uploads, and testing via a dedicated portal.Monthly Supply Chain Planning:
- Engage in monthly cross-functional supply chain planning meetings to evaluate demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory needs.
- Assist the Supply Chain Manager in developing supply plans while considering constraints, lead times, market dynamics, and other factors.
- Generate Purchase Orders using internal accounting software.Inventory Management:
- Perform quarterly reconciliation of Neon's Controlled Drugs portfolio.
- Oversee the process for short-dated products in collaboration with Neon's Commercial, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
Export Planning and Execution:
- Coordinate with logistics partners for efficient collection of goods. Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
Quality Compliance:
- Follow Neon's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for supply chain operations.
- Ensure all supply chain processes meet regulatory standards.
- Monitor product quality throughout the supply chain by adhering to SOPs, from procurement to distribution.
- Uphold quality and compliance in all products by collaborating closely with the Quality team for import and export processes.
- Initiate Change Controls, Deviations, and CAPAs as needed to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.Solid administrative background, preferably using MS Office, proficient in quickly grasping new IT systems and procedures.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and reconciliation skills.
- Background in supply chain management or the pharmaceutical sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- 40 hours per week including a daily 30-minute break (core hours 10 am-4 pm)
