  • Develop trusted relationships with clients, old and new
  • Expand our client base through proactive new business development and networking
  • Engage with candidates to meet client demands
  • Manage your time efficiently and oversee job applications effectively
  • Understand and meet client expectations
  • Offer consultative support on market conditions and trends
  • Utilize social media for candidate attraction
  • Oversee client-candidate engagement during temporary contracts
  • Keep in touch with clients and candidates for interview coordination and feedback
  • Source and screen applicants through various channels
  • Negotiate fees and rates for successful placements


The ideal candidate will:
