We are seeking a motivated Postroom Operative who thrives in a fast paced business environment to join our team to provide a Postroom service for our client based at Reckitt Hull.

THE ROLE- Acting as a point of contact for all post room related queries/ requests

• Raising purchase orders through FISco's bespoke management system for courier requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Completion of general administration tasks as reasonably requested
• Processing of envelopes for UK mail
• Franking any urgent mail request with recorded, 9am/ 1pm
• Ordering from FISco/ Reckitt nominated suppliers to restock postage consumables
• Receiving and recording incoming parcels to the post room
• Distribution of all internal mail to designated areas across site
• Writing out permits for contractors
• Completion of invoices
• Completing complaint forms for delayed/ lost DHL parcels
• Chasing delayed post at customs and filling in correct paperwork
• Completion of any adhoc duties as reasonably requested by management
• Ensuring regular updating client on courier status
