An exciting and unique opportunity is available for a Quantity Surveyor to become part of this vibrant team in Darlington. You will collaborate closely with a skilled and welcoming team, providing a range of post-contract services to various clients, including main contractors, legal firms, stakeholders, and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct forensic analysis of tender, contract, and claims documents
- Assist in preparing claims for loss and expense
- Support in documentation for adjudication processes
- Generate written reports outlining processes, conclusions, and recommendations
- Contribute to business growth plans and development activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of post-degree experience
- Interest in construction claims, dispute resolution, or expert witness work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Darlington
A MSc in Construction Law is advantageous.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will receive:
