This is an exciting chance for candidates possessing the necessary skills.

The Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of production and site facility equipment.
  • Servicing of production and site facility equipment.
  • Fault finding and diagnosis.
  • Continuous improvement of equipment and associated engineering project work.
  • Ensure timely and effective remedial repairs are carried out on blending, production, and all other site facility equipment.
  • Compliance with all H&S legislation and professional repair standards.
  • Maintain high hygiene standards in Engineering areas for safety compliance.
  • Effective equipment maintenance and servicing to production equipment.
  • Identify and resolve equipment or material issues promptly.
  • Promote, develop, and implement improvement initiatives through a structured CI process.

Associated Project Work:

  • Identify and complete minor project initiatives.
  • Support the engineering team in major site projects.

About You:

  • Educated to Minimum ONC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Mechanically biased/multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers from FMCG/high volume manufacturing are preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
