Patent Administrator - Pharmaceuticals - Reading - 12-Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced Patent Administrator for a fantastic 12-month contract based in Reading.

Duties will include:

Coordinating with attorneys and administration team to identify and manage deadlines.
Tracking/updating due dates via Memotech Database system.
Patent formalities (preparing documents such as POAs, Assignments, using templates )
Handling ad hoc formal patent requirements.

Experience and qualifications:

CIPA patent paralegal/administrator qualification an advantage but not mandatory.

Good working knowledge in patent databases (or general data entry): Memotech / Inprotech, First to file / electronic file system or similar.

Good working knowledge of online filing tools an advantage (EPO OLF, ePCT, UK filings)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (word, outlook, excel) required
Good knowledge in English oral and written.
