We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable
Job Titleto join us on a permanent,
full-time basis working on the
Hours or Shiftat our
(Sales & Distribution or Export or Manufacturing) division on site in
Location (Banbury or Redditch).



As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

  • Stack and palletise Export loads, ready for dispatch
  • Rework loads for dispatch
  • Assist with the loading of containers
  • Operate handling equipment safely and ensure regulations are followed
  • Carry out general warehouse duties i.e. tidying / sweeping and cleaning the warehouse

What we are looking for in our ideal Warehouse Operative:

  • You will have experience of working within a busy warehouse environment and have a current PPT licence
  • You must have a good understanding of health and safety procedures
  • You need to be numerate and able to count stock quickly and accurately
  • You will be enjoy working as part of a team
  • You will be able to communicate clearly to colleagues at all levels
