ROLE OVERVIEWnJoin GRIDSERVE as a Service Desk Team providing 1st and 2nd line IT support for all GRIDSERVE users.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESnsupport tickets in the ITSM tool and assigning them to either yourself or other members of the team as appropriatenand 2nd line support for all GRIDSERVE users on Mac and Windows devices, mobiles, printers, meeting room technology, and various other IT equipmentndocument tickets and create knowledge base articles and user instructionsnof incidents and problems as necessary to internal teams and third-party providersndeprovisioning and facilitating role changes for usersninductions and other end user training sessionsnto all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes including anti-bribery policy and Environmental and Quality Management System, compliant with ISO standards

PERSON SPECIFICATIONnRequired experiencenin an IT service delivery role supporting a Microsoft cloud environmentnknowledge of Microsoft's Office suite, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook Experience working in an ITSM ticketing systemnworking with third party vendors, desirablenof Intune or Kandji administration, desirablentroubleshooting experience, desirablenand experience of supporting Apple and Android phones, desirable
