Job Description

As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will be responsible for:

  • Carry out all aspects of the accounts payable function
  • Process invoices and prepare payments in a timely manner
  • Reconcile supplier statements and manage supplier queries
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports
  • Work collaboratively with the broader finance team
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures
  • Support financial audits as necessary

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

  • Proficient understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office
