The Role

  • Updating the quotation CRM Desired skills
  • Contacting existing accounts and new prospects within the database on a daytoday basis to introduce and sell our expanding product portfolio and services and to maintain excellent relationships with their customers.
  • Delivering product information, offer special promotions and feedback information of the market & competition landscape.
  • Working closely with the Management and Operations Team to develop our business and market position.
  • A strong customerorientated individual with experience in both sales and customer service.
  • Enjoy the everyday challenge of both teamwork and meeting Company targets.
  • Both confident and active in your approach to everyday challenges.
  • Ability to use initiative.
  • PC Literate with good working knowledge of Word and Excel.

The Person

  • Previous customer service in sales and administration experience.
  • Experience of providing quotations to customers would be highly desirable.
  • Confident telephone manner, happy to talk to customers over the phone.
  • First class customer service skills ability to demonstrate going the extra mile.
  • Good PC skills, previous experience of using Word and Excel in the workplace.
  • Looking for sustained career progression in a fastdeveloping Company.
  • Be a strong communicator and have the ability to work closely with other members of the team to ensure good practice is maintained.
  • A strong customerorientated individual with experience in both sales and customer service.

Salary:
From £24,127.95 per year
