As a Barclays Securitised Products Structurer, you will have an exciting opportunity to support the team with the execution of complex asset-backed lending and securitisation transactions with multiple parties.

What will you be doing?
- Supporting with the execution of complex assetbacked lending and securitisation transactions with multiple parties
- Being responsible for developing bestinclass structures, ensuring excellent deal management, negotiating with clients and internal/external stakeholders
- Supporting client coverage and origination activity and identifying new opportunities that could be relevant to Securitised Products
- Being responsible for working with external clients and a wide range of internal stakeholders to ensure efficient project management
- Collaborating with other members of the team in order to analyse potential opportunities from an economic point of view
- Ensuring efficient and wellrun transaction execution, working closely with multiple teams, e.g. Syndicate/Finance/Legal/Product Control/Credit Risk/Compliance
What we're looking for:
- Relevant experience, ideally working within an investment bank/financial institution
- Keen interest in European structured finance markets and willingness to learn
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver under pressure
- Solid project management experience, analytical skills and attention to detail
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Experience gained within a Tier 1 Investment Bank
- Prior experience of working within assetbacked financing
- Comfortable leading workstreams and managing tasks within small deal teams
- Articulate and confident communicating with internal stakeholders and external clients and building good relationships
