Job Description

My client has come to me as they are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to come and join the team.

Please see below for the following skills and knowledge needed for this position;

Job Responsibilities?

  • Deliver 3rd/4th line support and enhancements to the companies Servers, Storage, Network, Mail servers, Active Directory, Azure Tenancy & AWS Deployments.
  • Administer on-premises SCCM deployment including desktop & server imaging, regular scheduled and ad-hoc patching, and software deployment.
  • Plan, maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure-related projects including Cloud Transformation into Azure.
  • Train and support junior staff.
  • Occasional After hours, weekend and overnight work at times also required

Education/Qualifications?

  • Passed Citrix CCP-V (1Y0-312) or CCE-V (1Y0-403) in the last 2 years, or have worked as 3rd Line / Lead Senior Engineer on Citrix XenApp and Netscaler products for 3 years +
  • Passed Microsoft Exam or Passed Microsoft Exam MS-220 in the last 2 years, or have worked as 3rd Line / Lead Senior Engineer on Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019, Exchange Online for 3 years +
  • Significant demonstrable experience in a senior technical (3rd / 4th line) role
