Hi there this is Mila Read from Found Legal where we specialise in in-house technology lawyer recruitment.

One of our clients is an ethical climate investment financial institution established for 30+ years whose in-house team is currently hiring for a technology lawyer.

Requirements:
  • Must have: experience with contracts re outsourcing, cloud computing, cloud-based services, software development, licensing of IT products and services
  • Knowledge of data privacy, intellectual property and information security as applied to IT contracts
  • My client can hire at either Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel level. They are looking for min 4 years PQE, ideally closer to 10 PQE: the work is fairly complex and they need someone experienced in tech agreements to be able to quickly integrate into the team. Employer specific training will be provided (working as a tech lawyer for a financial institution).
