The Head of Clinical Partnerships plays a crucial role in developing and managing relationships with FAS supply chain partners, focusing on delivering effective and clinically sound services. This position involves interacting with various stakeholders to ensure the achievement of Target Performance Levels (TPLs), KPIs, and operational effectiveness.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support senior clinical staff in managing clinical quality and performance of WCA/SB delivery
  • Provide expertise on WCA/SB requirements to the business
  • Collaborate with senior clinical staff to ensure adherence to Clinical Governance Quality and Standards Framework
  • Ensure supply chain compliance with Capita Group Clinical Risk Assessment controls
  • Share best practices and work collaboratively on FAS implementation
  • Implement strategies for improving individual and organizational performance
  • Foster a culture of high performance
  • Adhere to all Capita policies and procedures

What we're looking for:

  • Experienced and registered clinician with expertise in Work Capability Assessments and Special Benefits(WCA/SB)
  • Ongoing professional registration (NMC, GMC) and CPD
  • Understanding of Target Performance Levels (TPLs) and Subcontractor operation
  • Knowledge of enhancing clinical quality
  • Change management experience and ability to navigate through evolving business environments
  • Stakeholder management experience with senior leadership teams
  • Track record of leading, coaching, and developing clinical teams
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of training processes and delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel 2-3 times per month to client meetings
