We are looking for enthusiastic, attentive and dynamic individuals with a passion for food and drink, as well as customer service of course You should be adept at working in fast-paced and unpredictable environments where you will need to think on your feet and work well with the entire team, from the chefs to other serving staff to ensure a memorable Italian dining experience.

  • Key accountabilities:_
  • Welcome customers when they arrive at the restaurant and introduce the menu including daily or seasonal menu specials
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene at the premise
  • Take customers' orders for food and drink
  • Prepare hot and cold drinks and serve them to customers
  • Collect food orders from the kitchen, verify that they are correct, and serve them to customers
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with their meals
  • Remove used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables
  • Prepare cheques and process cash and credit card payments and returns change to customers if necessary
  • Set tables with dishes, glasses, and flatware and refill condiments
  • Maintain familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information
  • Any other duties directed by your line manager

TAMBURINO VILLAGE in Street, Somerset and
TAMBURINO GOLD in Sherborne, Dorset and still looking to expand the great taste of genuine Italian food.
