As a Fabrication/Assembly Manager, you will support the Operations Manager in delivering their objectives.

You will also manage the team's workflow by assigning tasks, supporting team members, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management.

Assign tasks to team members and give them specific directions and procedures to follow

Ensure that all workers have PPE to safeguard themselves against production hazards and evaluate manufacturing equipment for safety and functionality
