Exciting Opportunity:

Oliver Wyman is on the lookout for a technology-oriented program manager to spearhead the development and implementation of the next-generation knowledge-focused technology products. This position is vital for enabling Oliver Wyman to realize its knowledge and collaboration objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a cutting-edge global technology knowledge platform for Oliver Wyman practitioners
  • Help shape the vision and mission for knowledge technologies within Oliver Wyman Group
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders within the organization
  • Lead and oversee complex projects with global impact
  • Supervise an Operations Team for continuous improvement

Systems Design and Management:

  • Collaborate with other Knowledge Services teams in designing and enhancing solutions
  • Provide recommendations on organizational initiatives concerning systems
  • Develop relationships with industry leaders for incorporating best practices into strategies
  • Manage relationships with the IT department on various projects

Team Management:

  • Lead a team of Product and Data Analysts, Project Managers, and Process Improvement Experts

Experience Required:

  • 8-10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor/Advanced degree(s) with strong technology and knowledge management understanding
  • Experience in financial services, management consultancy, or professional services
  • Knowledge of search technologies and data structures
  • People management experience and skills
