  • Experience of managing a busy warehouse and distribution environment, across multiple shifts.
  • Excellent people management skills and experienced of personnel development of large teams (>30 people).
  • Very strong team leadership with clear communication/written skills.
  • Able to initiate and introduce change in the workplace through practices and required procedures.
  • Lead by example at all times.
  • Possess valid counter balance truck licence.
