Job description
As a Sales Administrator, you will work in the sales office answering the phone to incoming customer calls, processing orders and redirecting calls to different departments.
The role includes:
- Data entry/processing sales orders onto the courier system
- Receiving incoming sales calls, answering customer queries and processing sales orders onto our internal sales system
- Serving customers in the trade counter
- Supporting the sales and technical team with general admin
- Liaising with courier companies regarding customer delivery requirements
