Job description


As a Sales Administrator, you will work in the sales office answering the phone to incoming customer calls, processing orders and redirecting calls to different departments.

Working hours are 8.30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.

The role includes:

  • Data entry/processing sales orders onto the courier system
  • Receiving incoming sales calls, answering customer queries and processing sales orders onto our internal sales system
  • Serving customers in the trade counter
  • Supporting the sales and technical team with general admin
  • Liaising with courier companies regarding customer delivery requirements
