Contract Length - Permanent

Holiday - 23 days plus eight bank holidays some taken in lieu.

Job description
We are looking to take on 2 new crop workers, to start 10th April.

The role will be working in a hot greenhouse, handling tomato plants, dropping, twisting, leafing and side shooting along with other husbandry tasks.

Crop workers work on the same plants each week to ensure accountability and report to a supervisor. No experience is required as all on the job training will be provided. There are opportunities for role and pay progression within the company.

Must be good with your hands and dexterous.

Training

The role of crop-worker is highly skilled, the training process is on the job, done by the trainee crop work supervisor as part of a formal training process with regular feedback.

Upon completion of the training, once the quality and quantity of work is of acceptable standard, there will be opportunities for higher levels of pay and more flexibility.
