We are currently in search of a vibrant Retail Team Leader to join one of our upscale fragrance boutiques. If you are enthusiastic about guiding and inspiring a team in a dynamic setting, and excel at motivating others to achieve their best, we invite you to be part of our team. Together, we aim to deliver unmatched service excellence and redefine the fragrance retail experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Provide guidance and assistance to team members, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained and consistently stocked, overseeing merchandising and inventory control.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Analyze sales performance, identify areas for enhancement, and implement strategies to boost sales.
- Adhere to company policies, including compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute promotional events and marketing campaigns.
Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Passion for the fragrance industry and a keen interest in staying updated on new products and trends.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
