We are currently seeking a Parts Advisor. The position is Monday - Friday 08:00am 17:00pm, located at our Head Offices in Cwmbran.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Taking incoming parts requests and calls
  • Identification of parts
  • Sourcing parts & price checking
  • Parts ordering & returns
  • Issuing of parts to engineers & the Workshop and Manufacturing departments
  • Assisting Sales with quotations
  • Ensuring parts are booked to the relevant jobs as per the parts requisitions
  • Ensuring that stock & van stock is promptly replenished
  • Stocktaking
  • General housekeeping
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Parts Department experience/ knowledge
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Proficient administrative skills
  • Strong interpersonal/communication and organisational skills

Job Types:

From £24,000.00 per year
