About the Role
As a Building Society Customer Consultant you'll:
- Get to know our customers and support them in finding the right products and services
- whether that's saving for a gap year trip, buying a first home, or anything in between.
- Facilitate great conversations confidently through channel of choice, as you support our members, over the phone and with the operation of their accounts online.

Hours for the role
Part-time: 2 full days (between Mon & Fri; open to discussion) and Saturday 9-12
