Mobile Cleaning Operative

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Sunday working 5 / hr shifts)

Pay:
£19,443.65

The role:


To carry out specified cleaning duties to various locations as defined by the Management Team, ensuring that the necessary standards are met and operating in line with the Client and Norse Policies and Procedures.

Areas covered within this role are inclusiveof but not limited to:

  • Office Cleaning
  • Car Park Cleaning
  • Public Toilet Cleaning
  • School Cleaning
  • Sheltered Housing Cleaning

Main responsibilities:

  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations and abide by the Health & Safety training provided.
  • Carry out routine and nonroutine cleaning duties in accordance with the cleaning specification/work schedule.
  • Effective and safe use of cleaning equipment, chemicals and products as per the training received.
  • Work safely so that the employee, colleagues, customers and members of the public are not put at risk.
  • Undertake specified training and development as required.
  • To cooperate and deliver a highquality cleaning service to customers.
  • To follow schedules of cleaning and work to deadlines.
  • Clear communication to Management Team to report any concerns, issues, faults etc.
  • Complete all required paperwork inclusive of weekly timesheets and daily vehicle defect logbook.
  • Flexible to carry out additional duties/hours (paid overtime) at short notice.

Qualifications, knowledge and experience required:

  • Full driving licence
  • Previous cleaning experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work well alone or part of a team
  • Ability to accurately carry out verbal and written instruction.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • High standard of customer service.
  • Dependable with good timekeeping and attendance.
