Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and meaningful sermons or religious teachings during services
  • Provide pastoral care and support to congregation members in times of need
  • Lead religious ceremonies, rituals, and rites
  • Offer counselling and guidance on spiritual matters
  • Organise and lead religious education programmes for all age groups
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote inclusivity and understanding
  • Collaborate with other religious leaders and community organisations to foster unity

Requirements:

  • Qualified Minister with recognised theological training or equivalent experience
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to captivate an audience
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex spiritual concepts in an accessible manner
  • Proficient in leading religious ceremonies such as weddings, baptisms, and funerals
  • Ability to educate and engage diverse audiences on matters of faith
  • Skilful in dance or movement to enhance worship experiences is desirable
  • Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development within the ministry sector
