We are currently looking for exceptional people to join our team and have a great opportunity for a
PainterDecorator.


As a
PainterDecorator, you will be responsible for the painting and decorating of all areas of the Hotel, ensuring that Company and legal policies are adhered to.


Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • To be able to prioritise daily tasks based on the requirements of the hotel.
  • To be familiar with the layout/ plan of the hotel and the working of all equipment in the building.
  • To ensure all painting jobs are completed to company standard
  • To ensure all areas are left clean and tidy on completion of the job.
  • Coordinate and supervise outside contractors when required.
  • Deal with all servicing, product guarantee and warranty related issues.
  • Respond to Maintenance Related Callout when required.
  • Observe all of the requirements under the Health and Safety at Work Act Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  • To conduct checks of the emergency procedures and equipment.

Requirements of the role:

  • Great experience within a hotel or accommodation services area.
  • Flexibility to enjoy working different shift patterns (weekends may be necessary)
  • To be able to be organised and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • The ability to manage your own workload and be selfmotivated while working alone or in a small team.
  • Responsible and trustworthy attitude, you will have access to all customer areas and be responsible for ensuring the environment is Safe for guests and colleagues.
