We are looking for a Scrum Master with a technical background to join our eCommerce Team

  • Lead Agile team(s) in delivering bespoke development projects and operational improvements
  • Excellent knowledge & experience of Agile teachings
  • Inspire, coach, and lead teams with little Agile experience
  • Set up Agile principles and Processes from scratch
  • Mentor Junior Scrum Masters
  • Facilitate team meetings and ceremonies
  • Assist Programme Manager with dependency analysis and tracking
  • Support Lean and Agile thinking
  • Manage senior stakeholders within the Scrum framework
  • Manage multiple Scrum teams
  • Working knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum and Kanban
  • Understanding of software development cycle and release management
  • Experience working with eCommerce or web-based projects
  • Implement Agile frameworks
    Exposure to Java, J2EE, Hybris, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence
