Don't you just love being involved in things right from the very start to help evolve, develop and grow them?

You will be highly organised and have a proactive approach to problem solving, finding new and creative solutions in order to deliver key elements of the project.

We know that you will be really motivated by this opportunity to make such a huge difference, using all your skills, experience and knowledge to impact on the development and retention of this fabulous staff group.

Full time hours per week

  • Support new starters to the role, signpost them to training and careers, whilst checking in with them throughout the first six months of a Heart of Care Preceptorship

  • Feedback on specific elements of the programme to the Project Manager
  • Collate information and data for reports and evaluation

This is a chance to be involved in an innovative programme, creating and developing new approaches which will positively impact on patient care.

You will be a team player and will bring attributes such as empathy and listening skills, utilizing them to make this project truly effective.
