Exciting Opportunity: We are looking for a talented Head of Marketing to take the lead on all Marketing activities within our organization.

Our client, located in High Wycombe, is in need of a Head of Marketing to drive and accomplish marketing goals company-wide. With the upcoming launch of a new brand in 2025, there is a need for assistance with rebranding and launching a new website.

The successful Head of Marketing will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the Marketing team
  • Leading and executing company-wide initiatives including campaigns, email marketing, app development, and events
  • Overseeing new projects and the rebranding process
  • Managing budget allocation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role
  • Thorough understanding of various digital and traditional Marketing practices
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Adobe, Microsoft, and social media platforms
  • Experience with hybrid and flexible work arrangements
