Customer Service Apprentice - Brighton

Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship

Salary - £18,500 per annum - Brighton Office Based

As a Customer Service Apprentice, your role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, analyzing feedback to improve customer experience, and collaborating with different teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the customer journey during booking.
  • Master our products, values, and effectively communicate them to customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product developments.
  • Deliver exceptional service to Camp Beaumont bookers.
  • Ensure timely response to calls and emails within set timelines.
  • Handle bookings over the phone and guide customers through payment processes.
  • Manage customer bookings according to Terms and Conditions.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated customer service skills from a client-centric environment.
  • Experience in travel or logistics advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Positive, adaptable attitude with excellent organizational skills.
  • Capability to work well under pressure and in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; eager to learn new tools.
  • Enhanced DBS check will be necessary.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 am - 17:00 pm, with an unpaid 1-hour lunch break.
