Finance

  • Provide monthly Financial summary of Revenue, GP and EBITDA.
  • Produce Monthly Management Information pack for each of the companies, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Forecast P&L, Cash flow Statement.
  • Fortnightly Cash flow update with help of Finance Assistant.
  • Work with external providers on the production of Annual Accounts and Audit.
  • Provide financial advice/recommendations to board on investment decisions or opportunities, investment analysis.

HR

  • Assisting in disciplinaries and grievances, providing
    HRadvice and note-taking.
  • Maintaining
    HRrecords, ensuring all personnel and training records are up to date.
  • Managing the appraisal process and ensuring staff are given the opportunity to develop and progress.
  • Updating/developing
    HRand Finance procedures in line with any regulatory changes. Setting workshop pay levels and conducting pay reviews on an annual basis for implementation from April each year where relevant.
  • CIMA or ACCA qualified, or
* 5+ years of experience in a Financial Controller or similar role.


  • HRManagement experience.
  • M&A and Audit experience beneficial
