Relief Officer

Looking for a Relief Concierge Security Officer to join a dynamic privately-owned company specializing in integrated security and facilities management services. This role offers a chance to work across various sectors such as educational settings, healthcare, corporate estate management, and more.

• Available to residents at all times or provide proper signposting
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in communal areas
• Handle maintenance issues effectively, understanding reporting and resolution procedures
• Responsible for parcel management, including receiving, safekeeping, and issuing deliveries
• Provide detailed handovers to the next shift, ensuring smooth transition
• Manage car parking operations efficiently
• Key management, issuing keys and recording movements accurately
• Coordinate services access for the development
• Assist other building departments when needed
• Handle general enquiries, queries, and complaints
• Monitor CCTV and visitor screening, reporting any suspicious behavior
• Carry out building patrols and safety checks regularly
