Sub Contract Ledger Clerk

Hinckley
An opportunity has arisen for a Sub Contract Ledger Clerk to join the team at Galliford Try.

Ideally, you will based in or around the Hinckley area as this is where our office base is.

What you will be doing:


As a customer facing representative of the Service Ledger team you must demonstrate a 'can do' attitude with a focus on customer service.

You will be required to take accountability for customer queries and see them through to a successful conclusion in a timely and helpful manner.


This role deals with the identification of missing or exceeded orders and requires regular communication with the relevant Business Unit to resolve queries as promptly as possible.


About You:

  • A high level of customer service skills are required for this role as regular liaison with Business Units is required.
  • Good communication skills are required to help in resolving any queries or problems in a timely and satisfactory manner and to maintain effective relationships with Business Units and SSC Managers.
  • This role requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to recognise and correct mistakes as and when they occur.
