SENAD Community currently have a rewarding opportunity for a Night Team Leader to join our West Midlands Operations.


As the Night Team Leader you will be based in the Coventry office, and will be a shared resource to support the day to day safe running of the business.


The shifts run from 8pm until 8am and you would be part of a 7 day rota pattern, along with the other Night Team Leaders.


You may be asked to cover other nights should your colleague be on leave, there will be times that you will be asked to attend mandatory training or refresher training during day time hours.

The core tasks that you will be responsible for are;

  • Being the first point of call for the on call phone system in the office
  • Auditing outcomes and feeding back to staff and management
  • EMAR audits
  • 1:2:1 supervisions
- spot checks

  • Completing observations
  • Ensuring appointments (health/blood tests etc) are communicated to the team and the rotating team and completed.
- working along with the ops, you may be asked to help with gaps in the rota
- however this is not the purpose of the role and would not be expected to be frequent

You will be supported to complete you NVQ L3 if you haven't already completed the qualification.

In order to be successful you will have demonstrable knowledge and experience in;

You will need to be flexible in this role as you may be required to support your staff team and service users outside of regular hours.

You will need good communication and people skills

Time management and flexibility to prioritising work-load

Must hold a Full UK Driving License with access to their own vehicle.
