  • Accounts and arrears enquiries including taking payments.
  • Housing solutions and support in relation to making applications or providing updates on existing applications.
  • Estate management and/or community issues.
  • Provision of documentation to the customer, for example, proof of receipt of Housing Benefit, copies of letters from the organisation etc.
  • Experience of direct delivery of customer service to the public for a minimum of 6 months via the telephone or face to face within the last year.
  • Experience in using a range of computer packages including Word, Excel, Outlook.
*Would be ideal if the candidate had some existing experience in dealing with the public as the post will require telephone and face to face with customers.
