About the Role:
As a Healthcare Partnership Manager, you will play a critical role in strategizing and implementing national market access strategies in the wound care sector to enhance market access in your region. Working closely with the regional matrix team, you will drive sales, foster account growth, and collaborate with NHS organizations.

Job Purpose:
Collaborating with the Market Access Team Manager and the wider matrix team, you will strategically plan and execute market access strategies to secure and optimize formulary listings, ultimately expanding market reach. Additionally, you will shape the NHS landscape for product launches, maintain existing products, and accelerate formulary inclusion through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement national market access strategies to drive formulary inclusion
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the region
  • Develop regional business plans in collaboration with the Clinical Specialist
  • Support achievement of sales targets through new market access
  • Establish care pathways and tools for wound care solutions
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the healthcare sector
  • Promote client's products as preferred solutions regionally
  • Organize customer meetings and effectively communicate outcomes with the team
  • Stay updated on NHS landscape changes, particularly within the Integrated Care System

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in sales with strategic responsibilities

Skills:
  • Ability to create and influence business opportunities
  • Strong customer and account management
  • Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in sales data analysis
  • Thorough knowledge of NHS policies and structures
  • Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and presentation abilities
  • Desirable: Knowledge of the wound care market
