About the Job Title:
Are you ready to embrace a challenging yet rewarding opportunity as an Area Sales Manager in the field of Technical Coatings & Paint? This role offers a mix of autonomy, potential for growth, and the chance to work with a variety of esteemed clients across different sectors.


Location: Birmingham / Remote - Covering the Midlands
Salary: £40,000 Negotiable (OTE YR1: £50, £5k car allowance or EV scheme + training + excellent progression + uncapped commission + 25 days holiday

The Role:
  • Meet with existing clients face to face to establish lasting business relationships
  • Plan and schedule client meetings efficiently
  • Explore new business opportunities in various industries
  • Conduct product trials and collaborate with the technical team
  • Participate in trade shows and networking events
  • Create and deliver proposals for new and current clients

The Person:
  • Experience in Sales / Business Development (External)
  • Background in industrial paint, coatings, chemicals, or similar
  • Located in the Midlands region
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and attend overnight stays
