Workshop Foreman

Rockbreakers Uk is currently looking for a Workshop Foreman to join their growing business with experience working with plant attachment equipment.

The ideal Workshop Foreman will have the ability to prioritise workloads and ordering parts & equipment. As well as working on their own, Managing their team and building strong staff relationships and collaborating with your team on all workshop daily duties

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily workshop operations to supervise jobs and staff, service and repair, Assets Hire-Fleet & Client owned Plant
• Prioritising workflow to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

• Capability of working in a busy commercial workshop carrying out a wide range of mechanical tasks on Hydraulic & Mechanical Attachments
• Experience of galvanising others,reporting to senior management, and leading by example
• Selfconfidence and ability to work on your own initiative with limited supervision
• Handson and enthusiastic
• Dependable team player with strong work ethic
• Strong communication and structural skills
• Experience within the construction and demolition industries
• An understanding of hydraulic attachments & Mechanical Attachments
• A full driving licence
