Due to our continued rapid expansion, we are seeking an experienced HR & Recruitment Associate team at our office based in Runcorn.

You will be responsible for supporting the company with day-to-day HR and recruitment duties and be a representative for our People.

Key Responsibilities for the role of HR & Recruitment Co-Ordinator is to provide full administration support to the HR, Recruitment and Fleet/Facilities functions, including but not limited to:

  • Assist with the recruitment cycle through to the onboarding of new starters
  • Support with updating and maintaining the HRIS
  • Creating reports on general HR activities
  • Assist with general administration including Fleet and Facilities department
  • Supporting the department on internal social events and gatherings i.e. Monthly Lunch
  • Adhoc administration duties for the department

Essential requirements:

  • Good organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise workload and a keen eye for detail
  • Be flexible with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a successful team.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Desired requirements:

  • Work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role
  • Experience with HR software
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
