Tasks

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Photograph various aspects of wedding events, including ceremonies, receptions, and couple portraits, ensuring top-notch imagery
  • Proficiency in cinematic wedding videography to produce compelling, cinematic, and emotional wedding films utilizing footage and audio captured throughout the day
  • Collaborate with clients through personalized pre-wedding consultations to grasp and execute their desired photographic vision
  • Organize objects, scenes, lighting, and backgrounds to meet client specifications and guide participants to adeptly capture moments on camera
  • Capture and refine images until achieving desired outcomes
  • Enhance and fine-tune photos to elevate image quality and deliver within agreed timelines
  • Maintain positive rapport with clients and guests for an enjoyable photographic experience
  • Utilize, manage, and set up photography and technical gear for each event, including tripods, gimbals, lighting, cameras, and lenses from various brands
  • Stay updated on the latest photography techniques and trends to uphold a deep understanding of industry best practices
Requirements

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated expertise in wedding photography with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field along with a solid portfolio showcasing abilities
  • Proficient in utilizing photo editing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Skilled in operating photography and modern technical equipment, including tripods, gimbals, lighting tools, cameras, and lenses spanning various brands
  • Rigorous grasp of shot composition, lighting methods, and photography best practices
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering client comfort in front of the camera
  • Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks in dynamic, fast-paced settings
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin for effective client communication and serving our diverse clientele from the Asian market
  • Flexible availability, including working weekends and evenings in alignment with wedding schedules
