You will be responsible for supporting the team in understanding potential roadblocks, identifying resolutions, and agreeing the action required to ensure a speedy and positive outcome for our customers.
You will be an advocate for driving efficiencies to deliver the best possible outcomes. You will undertake some reporting, work stream performance monitoring & administrative activities to demonstrate positive results.
You will be expected to support your colleagues and Team Leader by ensuring any issues are being managed with effective communications.
The role will focus on Client Solutions needs so some adaptability may be expected to support our systems thinking deliverables and improve Transfer handling capabilities to reduce end to end timescales and assist our ambition to secure a Gold STAR award.
You should be adaptable to change and depending on business needs there may be an ask to work across several workstream to support delivery within Client Solutions and its BAU operating model, as well as supporting internal projects and managing key stakeholder relationships within the business.
You'll establish a broad knowledge of all departments within the business, understanding our customers and the subsequent flow of work between departments to meet customer needs.
This will be a hybrid role with normal office expectations being based in Glasgow but with some expectations to travel to the Edinburgh office, depending on asks.
- Providing an enhanced service to adviser firms and building strong relationships.
- Support the delivery of a service model complimenting that of our Vision and Strategy.
- Creating clear and concise reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders where there is the need to escalate issues.
- Building and maintaining relationships across departments, supporting functions and Third Parties, removing internal barriers that are preventing the flow of work to meet our customer needs.
- Provide that extra care and attention and actively promote Nucleus' values, inspiring others to do the same.
- Deliver exceptional service by identifying areas of improvement.
- Improve Transfer handling capabilities.
