To thrive in this role, you must hold a valid Pin number as a Registered Nurse and demonstrate a steadfast dedication to your profession following NMC guidelines.

As a potential candidate, you should be enthusiastic about mentoring and sharing your knowledge with colleagues while supporting students as a practice supervisor and assessor.

You will be an advocate for delivering personalized care to Residents and their families within our care homes.

Recognizing and addressing signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect in any form is essential, as safeguarding is a collective responsibility. Attend mandatory safeguarding training relevant to your role and participate in additional related training sessions.
