We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Advisor to join our friendly team based at our site in Frating, Colchester on a fixed term contract until January 2025.


As a Customer Services Advisor, you will play a vital role within our supportive Customer Services team ensuring our customers always receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • To be a main point of contact for all queries and will be able to take ownership of this task to resolve any issues efficiently and to a consistently high standard
  • To work together with the wider customer service team and to support colleagues when necessary

What you'll bring:

  • You'll need to be able to work independently and confidently as part of a wider team, although support is always there when you need it
  • You'll have a great eye for detail as you'll be dealing with lots of information at any one time
  • Great organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks as necessary

Salary:
£22,318.00 per annum, plus benefits.

Hybrid working:

For this role we expect that you will work from the office, based in Colchester, at least twice a week and work the remaining days remotely.
