About the Role

Brio Retirement Living is an expanding business that constructs new retirement communities in prime UK locations. Our goal is to enhance the quality and experience of later life, and we are seeking passionate individuals to join our growing team at Button House.

As a member of our onsite Concierge Team, the Housekeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and upkeep of our communities. Your responsibilities will include general cleaning of designated communal areas, back of house, and apartment blocks to ensure they are consistently neat and tidy.

Kindly note that this role requires an enhanced DBS check and entails a part-time contract of 18 hours per week.

About You

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic candidates with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. You must possess high standards of cleanliness and have an eye for detail to identify mess that others may overlook.

Furthermore, familiarity with Health and Safety procedures, COSHH regulations, safe work practices, and chemical materials is essential. Basic IT skills are also necessary to effectively carry out your daily tasks. A good telephone etiquette and a meticulous approach to work completion are crucial.
