Personal Assistant

You will be warmly welcomed into the fold and expected to carry out a number of duties, outlined below using your skillset and experience;
_ What you'll do as a Personal Assistant;_
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the relevant VPs on a daily basis
- Diary Management including forward planning and rectifying clashes, coordinating and booking of internal and external meetings (Rooms, Catering, Security etc across all sites)
- Collation and distribution of papers and preparation of presentation material and ensuring actions are completed
- Travel (not limited to flights/hotel /taxi/car hire /visa's/car parking/PDMS/GT Global tracker, increase phone data abroad)
Expenses
- Monitor, create & submit in a timely manner for relevant VP's. Check claims on behalf of VP's.
- Inbox management & housekeeping
- Weekly review/planning meeting with the VP's you will support
_ What we need from you:_
- High level of prioritisation, understanding the importance of confidentiality
- Experience providing support at an Executive level would be desirable
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to work on own initiative
- Effective stakeholder management awareness of other people's work and how this role can add value
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Able to identify and solve routine problems
- Detailed knowledge of specific processes and a general understanding of the business area
- Able to demonstrate a range of administrative and organisation skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Awareness of any specific legislation pertinent to areas of responsibility, i.e. GDPR, export legislation
