  • Responsible for the delivery of a high standard, quality accredited, OH Service, using human and financial resources effectively
  • Drive the delivery of best practice OH services through responsibility to review, develop, and implement OH clinical policy, procedures, and processes
Service and policy development in line with current statutory and legislative guidelines. Clinical and management expertise in order to provide leadership with in the Team and Organisation in matters pertaining to Health, safety and wellbeing. To further develop a comprehensive Health Surveillance Programme in line with the Organisations Risk Assessments. To develop tools to audit and evaluate the delivery and effectiveness of services to both staff and managers and ensure that effective systems are in place for collection and analysis of data. To introduce service compliance to the Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Service (SEQOHS) standards About us Croydon Health Services NHS Trust provide hospital and community services from a number of community and specialist clinics throughout Croydon. The Trust was formed on 1st August 2010 through the integration of Croydon Community Health Services and Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust.
