We provide support in Residential, Day Services and Supported Living Services across England.


As a Supported Living Support Worker, you will be providing a combination of support depending on the service you work for.

While working as a Supported Living Support Worker you will need to be empathetic and understanding of the trauma those in your care have suffered which can manifest into challenging behaviours.


The role includes:

  • Encouraging independence of service users
  • Supporting service users to access the community and form healthy habits and daily routines
  • Building relationships with the staff team and family members
  • Understanding care plans and reporting and recording any relevant information
  • Creating engaging activities to promote cognitive stimulation and physical development

Ideally you would tick the following 3 boxes:

  • 3+ Months of experience in a Social Care setting or with transferable skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence or close to public transport links
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
