Salary: - Competitive + BenefitsOur client, are seeking to appoint a Digital Content Assistant based in London.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and generate content for global sales.
- Develop and maintain publishing and project plans.
- Conduct daytoday content editing as well as manual data entry responsibilities.
- Serve as the primary contact between the User Experience, Sales team, Digital, and Technology teams, providing feedback on enhancement requests and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to reach agreements and make adjustments to project plans as needed.
- Ensure efficiency and mínimal disruption to processes during the introduction of additional features or functionalities, and provide thorough checks and feedback for Software Development.
- Aid with collaboration and efficient working among project team members.
- Assist in monitoring change control procedures, aiding with the review and testing of new tool builds and enhancements.
- Monitor and manage work progress, implement corrective actions to realign projects with schedules, proactively identify potential delays, and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in digital content and production within the luxury or fine art industry.
- Proficient in operating content management systems (CMS), basic HTML and Adobe Photoshop.
- High level of detail orientation and thoroughness in tasks.
- Ability to work independently.
- Understanding of broad editorial content design best practices.
- Knowledge and proficiency with PC and Apple Mac hardware and software, Microsoft 365 Office Suite, iOS, and Android.
- Great communication skills, including a high understanding of English grammar and pronunciation rules.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment whilst managing issues and meeting deadlines.
