Are you looking for some extra few pennies to top up your income? Do you want to make a real difference in someone's life and help them live their best life?

Then this position is for you We are looking for relief Support Workers who have great attention to detail, are resilient and truly want to make a difference in people's lives.

What will you be doing?

We always aim to have a positive impact on the day-to-day life of the people who draw on our support.

Your day as a Relief Support worker will often start with helping them get ready in the morning, including having a shower or bath, using the bathroom and getting dressed.

From here, every day is different.

You may be supporting them whilst they go shopping, keep fit, go to their weekly clubs and activities, or simply keeping them company whilst you stay in and watch their favourite TV shows.

You may also need to support them to take medication and attend medical appointments, but full training will be provided.

As you've probably worked out these individuals are full of life and fun to be with, could you support them to lead lives that make sense to them? We are hoping that you can bring new ideas and introduce us to more things that we can do.

Where are our services?
We have four services in and around Wrexham Ponciau, Ruabon, Llay and Coed-y-Glyn. We will match you to the service that we think you will fit in the best.

Everyone who draws on our support have their own flat or bungalow at the service which gives them the freedom to live their own lives.

As a relief member of staff, you will primarily be based in one service, but may be asked to travel to assist in another service as needed.

"Please note, we are currently unable to offer sponsorships as we await further guidance from the Home Office. Applications requiring sponsorship cannot be considered at this time. We appreciate your understanding."
