Producer / Project Manager (Style) - Fashion Agency

A global creative Agency (specialising in fashion, design, photography) are recruiting for a Producer / Project Manager to manage production, logistics and accounting matters for the artists

Responsibilities:

  • Manage production, logistics and accounting matters relating to the artists, managing their diaries with the agent, liaising with artists regarding their schedule and upcoming jobs.
  • Handling all production; organising travel arrangements, booking flights, hotels and cars etc.
  • Liaising with artists directly or through their assistants to produce their shoots.
  • Producing budgets and jobs, keeping within the allocated budget.
  • Billing, wrapping jobs after completion and signing off invoices.
  • Managing the scheduling and booking of all talent (model, hair, makeup, etc) for shoots where required.
  • Developing travel schedules and call sheets where required.
  • Managing post production on all jobs to delivery.
  • Assisting in the maintaining and updating of artist's portfolios, websites, eBooks, iPad portfolios, agency book and managing artists online /social feeds act as a general support to agent.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in the fashion/photographic industry, or working within a creative agency
  • Must have excellent communication skills, proactive and sense of responsibility.
  • Must be extremely organised and able to multi task, managing time whilst working well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Existing relationships with production companies, peer agencies, model agencies, etc. is essential.
  • Computer literate, including basic knowledge of Photoshop.
  • Existing knowledge and interest in the fashion industry.
